從茶藝大師的手中,傳到你的手中

三十多年來,高柳洲一直是中國茶界一股沉靜的力量——尋茶、品評、教學,對茶葉懷抱著近乎靈性的敬畏。職業生涯早期,他發現許多喝茶的人錯過了一半的體驗:茶葉舒展的視覺戲劇、色澤的漩渦、頂級銀針嫩芽在水中豎立的姿態。普通的陶瓷壺將這些全都隱藏了。高柳洲開始勾勒一件既能禮讚茶葉,也能尊重持壺人的器皿。

他在南京一間小工坊找到了合作夥伴,那裡的玻璃工匠依然在明火上用硼矽玻璃管手工吹製每一件作品。他們一起將設計打磨得更精緻——壺壁薄得優雅,卻又厚到足以抵抗熱衝擊;壺嘴倒水時沒有一滴多餘的濺出;還有可拆卸的網狀濾網,以醫用級不鏽鋼編織而成。450毫升的容量經過多次試驗後才確定:足夠倒出兩三小杯,卻也親密得能應付獨自一人的晨間儀式。

每把茶壺都在退火窯中緩慢冷卻,再以偏振光檢查看不見的應力。唯有如此,才能獲得高柳洲的認可印記。這不是量產製品;細微的氣泡和把手曲線的些微差異,提醒著你,它是人的氣息與雙手塑造出來的。當你將第一泡 Lóng JǐngBái Háo Yín Zhēn 注入這把壺,你便在茶藝大師的願景和你寧靜的片刻之間,延續了一場對話。

A vessel that lets the tea speak — clarity you can see.

Method
Western or gongfu — ideal for visual steeping of whole-leaf green and white teas.
Ratio
Add tea to your preference; 3–5 g per 450 ml for green teas.
Water temp
Suitable for up to 100°C; safe for boiling water, microwave, dishwasher.
First infusion
Watch leaves dance — steep 2–3 min for first infusion.
Subsequent
Rinse and reuse quickly; second infusion may be shorter, 1–2 min.
