对 Gao Liuzhou 而言,品鉴台就是一座实验室。数十年来,他每个季度都要评估数百个样品,对于杂乱不一的罐子与气味泄漏的盖子感到愈发挫折。他想要一套与自身品鉴过程一样透明的器具——可谓名副其实的透明。

2025 年,他与北京顺义区一家家族经营的玻璃工作室坐下来讨论,这间工作室传承了三代,专精于吹制实验室级别的硼硅玻璃。最终他们选定了 100ml 的容量——既够大,足以进行透彻的视觉评估;又够小,可存放一周的轮换茶样,不致让茶叶走味。罐壁比市售的罐子更薄,减轻了重量,也能在品鉴桌可调式灯光下让茶叶的色泽更加突出。

瓶塞随后才送达。Gao 测试了硅胶、竹子与金属,最后回归葡萄牙软木,取其微孔特性能让罐内微微呼吸,同时阻隔外界异味。每个软木塞都裁得稍微大一号,再经手工刨削,直到塞入时会发出轻柔的「啵」一声 — 在他看来,这是清晨静谧愉悦的一部分。

竹制托盘的设计也与这组罐子相得益彰。盘中的凹槽间距精准,让六个罐子放置后互不碰触,低矮的边缘则能接住任何散落的茶叶碎片。这整套组合后来成为 Gao 自家训练工作坊的标准配备,在这里,学生们学习如何将生普洱茶样本与娇嫩的绿茶并排存放,而不会发生交叉污染。

Six 100ml cylindrical jars in flawless borosilicate, each with a snug cork stopper. The glass is thin, lightweight, and free of distortion, so leaf shape and colour read instantly.

wet leaf

After filling, the jar holds a standard 5–10g sample with enough headspace for short-term breathing. The cork’s neutral scent preserves the tea’s own aroma.

liquor

Crystal clarity throughout; the jar stays bright even with repeated handling and occasional rinsing.

aroma

No off-gassing — the borosilicate and natural cork provide a completely inert environment. A quick sniff through the rim reveals only the tea’s character.

taste

The tactile pleasure of lifting each jar from its bamboo nest and loosening the cork becomes part of the brewing ritual.

The bamboo tray’s solid base keeps the set stable on the bench during busy sessions.
