当玻璃遇上茶路

Sandry Law 在前往临沧的采购之旅中,初次体会到行动茶席的挑战,他看着一位茶师在路边小摊用一只裂痕累累的瓷盖碗和破损的茶杯,冲泡 Yinzhen。回到昆明后,他勾勒出一款旅行茶具组的构想——既要耐得住颠簸小巴的旅途,又能以艺廊级的透明度展现茶汤。这套双人版的诞生,源自首席茶侍酒师 Hinson Tse 后续的需求:他需要一组能在旅馆房间进行双人品茗、尺寸极度精巧的套件。Sandry 与云南驿一家自 1990 年代起便专注实验室硼硅玻璃的小型工作室合作,将杯壁厚度调整至 1.2mm——兼顾耐用度,同时不牺牲指尖的热回馈感。200ml 公道杯注水时绝不侧漏,这是在临时品鉴实验室中,经过数十次正山小种冲泡实测的细节。至于帆布卷收套,则是滇池附近一间在地工坊,以复古日式旅行行李样式缝制的蜡棉套,内有独立加厚隔层。每组茶具皆由手工组装,玻璃缘口经火抛光成柔润边缘。最终成品宛如一只来自 1930 年代探险队的茶箱,优雅穿梭旅途,同时又如现代冲泡吧台,展露每片茶叶的舞姿。
