當玻璃遇上茶路

Sandry Law 在前往臨滄的採購之旅中,初次體會到行動茶席的挑戰,他看著一位茶師在路邊小攤用一只裂痕累累的瓷蓋碗和破損的茶杯,沖泡 Yinzhen。回到昆明後,他勾勒出一款旅行茶具組的構想——既要耐得住顛簸小巴的旅途,又能以藝廊級的透明度展現茶湯。這套雙人版的誕生,源自首席茶侍酒師 Hinson Tse 後續的需求:他需要一組能在旅館房間進行雙人品茗、尺寸極度精巧的套件。Sandry 與雲南驿一家自 1990 年代起便專注實驗室硼矽玻璃的小型工作室合作,將杯壁厚度調整至 1.2mm——兼顧耐用度,同時不犧牲指尖的熱回饋感。200ml 公道杯注水時絕不側漏,這是在臨時品鑑實驗室中,經過數十次正山小種沖泡實測的細節。至於帆布捲收套,則是滇池附近一間在地工坊,以復古日式旅行行李樣式縫製的蠟棉套,內有獨立加厚隔層。每組茶具皆由手工組裝,玻璃緣口經火拋光成柔潤邊緣。最終成品宛如一只來自 1930 年代探險隊的茶箱,優雅穿梭旅途,同時又如現代沖泡吧台,展露每片茶葉的舞姿。
