Teamotea 採購主管 Sandry Law 每年有半年時間奔波於茶山、品鑑實驗室與合作工廠之間。他的工具必須經得起同樣的顛簸旅途。皮革豪華版源自與昆明郊外一家仍堅持傳統植鞣的小型皮革廠的合作 — 使用含羞草與白雀樹皮，無鉻、無捷徑。這款皮革盒如今為每件玻璃器皿量身配備了泡棉襯墊，最初只是 Sandry 為自己縫製的獨一無二之作；同行侍茶師不斷詢問哪裡能買到。玻璃組件來自廣東一家工廠，Sandry 六年來每季都會親自到訪，檢查每一批的透明度、耐熱性，以及那完美的薄口緣。有別於帆布版本，這款套組附有保溫瓶槽 — 因為真正的侍茶師從不無熱水上路。Sandry 對此套組的品管清單多達 42 項。每件器物都在日光光譜下檢查、包裝，再經模擬摔落測試後複驗。這正是 Sandry 從昆明飛往湖南評鑑下季黃茶時所攜帶的同一套組。
