这些杯器的起点是一次请求:我们能否找到一款品茗杯,既能融入1990年代工厂仓库般的茶席,也适合当代茶吧?我们的寻源专员 Michael Zhan 花了数月时间走访昆明各地的小型玻璃工作室 — 这座城市将传统工艺与云南现代茶文化巧妙交织。Gao 系列诞生于隐身旧铁道旁的一间工作坊,经营者是第三代玻璃吹制师傅,平日主要生产实验室器材。Michael 坚持采用25毫升而非更常见的30毫升,他认为功夫茶爱好者追求的是浓缩香气,而非容量上的舒适。每只杯均由高透硼硅玻璃以口吹法单独成型,再经整夜退火处理。杯缘经火焰抛光,触唇无缝,光洁顺滑。没有模具痕迹、没有接缝 — 宛如一件仅重35克的纤巧薄碗。正因该工作坊也制造科学玻璃,尺寸公差异常精准:整组的容量误差低于 ±1毫升。Michael 的最终定案来自一次对比品饮,以1998年易武生普洱同时测试,杯中澄澈的质地让茶汤层次变化一览无遗。
